Right by Carmel market, and Nahalat Binyamin craft market and Bialik St with Rubin Museum and Bialik House Museum, 1 mile from Tel Aviv Art Museum, 1/2 mile to Dizengoff Center Mall, and a restaurant, pic attached. Great to have a beach restaurant for lunch and dinner.
